Welcome to notelova.co.uk. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General & Independent Status Disclaimer

Note Lova specialises in providing premium, custom-prepared travel-size perfumes.

• Important Disclaimer: Note Lova is an independent entity and is not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the perfume brands or designers whose fragrances we offer in our travel-size editions.
• All fragrances we sell are expertly prepared from original, 100% authentic bottles into our own premium, sterile glass atomisers.
• Customers will receive the authentic fragrance in a Note Lova-labelled atomiser, not the manufacturer's original full-size bottle.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only when we have dispatched the products to you.
• Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
• Pricing: All prices are in GBP (£). Prices include VAT where applicable but exclude shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

3. Custom-Prepared Items (Travel-Size Editions)

• Personalisation: Every travel-size edition is a bespoke product, custom-prepared to order specifically for you based on the volume (ml) you select.
• Quality Assurance: We guarantee that all our products are created using 100% authentic fragrances sourced from reputable distributors or directly from authorised retailers. We never alter, dilute, or add extenders to the original fragrance.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Please note that delivery dates are estimates only. Note Lova is not liable for delays caused by carrier services (such as Royal Mail) or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our policies are aligned with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• Custom-Made Items: Under UK law, the right to cancel or return goods does not apply to "items made to the consumer's specifications." As our travel-size perfumes are custom-prepared specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once the preparation process has commenced.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• Trademarks: Brand names and designer names are used strictly for descriptive purposes to identify the fragrance being offered. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
• Note Lova Content: All text, custom photos, and designs on this website are the property of Note Lova and are protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability & Safety

Note Lova is not liable for any skin reactions or allergies resulting from the use of the fragrances. We strongly recommend patch-testing any fragrance before full application. Ingredient lists are often available on the original manufacturer's website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
